Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the Corset website, web app, and mobile apps (together, the "Service") operated at corset.app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
Corset runs and records general exercise routines for the back, neck, hips and knees, for personal wellness, whether you are recovering, maintaining, or building everyday strength. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have pain, injury, or a medical condition. Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness.
Routines you add yourself, including ones an AI assistant writes for you, are not checked by us. Corset plays them as written. Check them with the person who gave you the exercises.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service in a safe environment and move at a pace appropriate for your body
- Keep your device secure; data on your phone is your responsibility
- Provide accurate information when contacting support
- Comply with applicable laws and the terms of any fitness apps you connect
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial personal use. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt our servers or other users.
Corset Plus
Corset is free right now, and Corset Plus is not on sale yet. Once it is: every routine in the library is free in its usual version and its lighter ones, with one routine at a time on your Today, and Corset Plus is an optional upgrade that adds several routines on a schedule, the stronger versions of the library routines, and your full history and export.
- One payment. Corset Plus is bought once. It is not a subscription and never renews. The price shown at checkout is the full price, including VAT where it applies.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment, and Corset Plus unlocks straight away.
- Membership key. There are no accounts. Your purchase comes with a membership key, which you can export from the app and which is printed on your receipt. Enter it on your other devices to unlock Corset Plus there. A key works on up to five devices at a time and is for your personal use: please do not share or resell it. Keep it safe; if you lose it, email us from the address you used at checkout.
- "Lifetime". Corset Plus lasts for as long as we offer Corset. The app works offline, so Corset Plus keeps working on your device. If we ever stop offering the app, we will say so on this site as early as we reasonably can.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
If Corset Plus is not for you, email hello@corset.app within 14 days of buying it, with your membership key or the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason. This covers the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK have for online purchases. A refund deactivates the membership key. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Intellectual property
Corset, its branding, exercise content, artwork, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Service.
Third-party services
Optional connections to fitness apps (such as Garmin Connect) and payment processing (Stripe) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services. Linking an account is optional.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR EUR 50 IF YOU USE THE FREE APP).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@corset.app.
