These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the Corset website, web demo, and mobile apps (together, the "Service") operated at corset.app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
Corset offers general mobility and exercise routines for personal wellness, whether you are recovering, maintaining, or building everyday strength. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have pain, injury, or a medical condition. Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service in a safe environment and move at a pace appropriate for your body
- Keep your device secure; data on your phone is your responsibility
- Provide accurate information when contacting support
- Comply with applicable laws and the terms of any fitness apps you connect
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial personal use. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt our servers or other users.
Intellectual property
Corset, its branding, exercise content, artwork, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Service.
Third-party services
Optional connections to fitness apps (such as Garmin Connect) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services. Linking an account is optional.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR EUR 50 IF YOU USE THE FREE APP).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@corset.app.
